Apple Pay On your iOS device conventionally use Apple Pay to deposit into your account.

To deposit with any payment method:

  1. Sign into your Jackpot.com account
  2. Go to "My Account" and select "Deposit"
  3. Select the amount you wish to deposit and click Proceed to Payments
  4. Select your preferred payment method and follow the simple instructions to complete your deposit
  5. If you use a credit or debit card we will save your card securely for you to easily make future deposits

Jackpot.com offers the ability to withdraw your account balance to your bank account whenever you wish.

To withdraw money from your account:

  1. Sign into your Jackpot.com account
  2. Go to "My Account" and select "Withdraw"
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
  4. If you have not entered a bank account yet, click on Add a Payout Method to do so, or if you have, select which account you wish to withdraw to
  5. Click the Withdraw button to initiate your withdrawal
  6. You will receive an automatic notification to your email when your withdrawal is complete

Refunds

In the event that your account is closed with a positive balance, you will receive a refund of your remaining balance. The refund minimum amount is $1 and will be refunded to the deposit method used most recently. If this is not possible, we will attempt to refund the balance to any bank account you have registered as a withdrawal method. If neither of these options is possible, our team will reach out to you.
