These Jackpot Rewards Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Jackpot.com loyalty program titled “Jackpot Rewards” (the “Program”) operated by Lottomatrix USA LLC and Lottomatrix NY LLC d/b/a Jackpot ("Jackpot", "we", "us", or "our"). Participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to these Terms.
By opting into the Program, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not enroll in or use the Program.
The Program is available to registered Jackpot.com customers with an active Player Account who are 18 years or older (or older if required by their jurisdiction) and located in an Authorized Jurisdiction. Program participation is only available via the Jackpot mobile application.
The Program is opt-in only. You must affirmatively enroll via the Jackpot mobile application to begin earning points. Points will not accrue retroactively for orders made prior to opt-in. Enrollment cannot occur on the jackpot.com website.
Points are earned as a fixed percentage of the value of qualifying orders made via the Jackpot App or the jackpot.com website. Promotional or discounted order amounts (e.g., coupons, credit redemptions) do not earn points. For example: a $10 order with a $2 discount earns points based on $8 in value. Points may also be earned through limited-time promotions (e.g., “Do X to earn Y points”) only through the mobile application. We reserve the right to change the rate at which points are earned, with or without notice.
Points may be redeemed in $1 increments toward the order of eligible draw or scratch lottery products only via the Jackpot mobile application. Point redemptions are not available on the jackpot.com website. Scratch Off redemptions are limited to states where Scratch Off products are available.
Redemptions are fulfilled via promotional credits with a one-year expiration. Promotional credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. Unused balances from redemptions are not refunded. We may adjust the redemption rate at our discretion.
Points expire one year after they are earned. Expiration is based on the "oldest first" principle: the earliest-earned points expire first.
Program activities including opt-in, challenges, and redemption are only available through the Jackpot mobile application.
Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Points may not be sold, traded, bartered, or assigned. Suspicious activity may result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of points.
Jackpot may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes may include adjusting earning rates, redemption methods, or point expiration terms.
Fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms may result in disqualification from the Program, forfeiture of accrued points, or suspension of your Player Account.
