These Skill Contest Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in peer-to-peer skill contests (“Skill Contests”) offered by Lottomatrix USA LLC and Lottomatrix NY LLC d/b/a Jackpot (“Jackpot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through the Jackpot mobile application and website (the “Service”).
These Terms supplement Jackpot’s general Terms and Conditions available at Jackpot.com Terms and Conditions, and are incorporated therein by reference. By participating in any Skill Contest, you agree to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not participate in Skill Contests.
Skill Contests are separate from Jackpot’s lottery courier services and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any state lottery or governmental authority.
Skill Contests are available only to registered Jackpot customers with an active Player Account who:

Jackpot reserves the right to use identity verification, geolocation, device verification, fraud prevention tools, and any other verification methods necessary to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

Skill Contests are offered only in select jurisdictions determined by Jackpot in its sole discretion.
Jackpot may enable, restrict, suspend, or discontinue Skill Contests in any jurisdiction at any time for legal, regulatory, operational, compliance, responsible gaming, payment processing, fraud prevention, or risk management reasons.
Jackpot has no obligation to offer Skill Contests in any particular jurisdiction, and access to Skill Contests may change without notice.
Skill Contests are intended to be games of skill and not games of chance.

Jackpot may utilize third-party technology providers to facilitate gameplay, scoring, matchmaking, contest administration, and related functionality. Contest results may be determined based on automated gameplay data generated by such systems. Subject to Jackpot’s fraud, compliance, integrity, and regulatory review rights, gameplay data and contest determinations generated by such systems shall generally be considered final and binding.
Jackpot is solely responsible for maintaining user accounts, processing deposits and withdrawals, administering user balances, and facilitating prize payments to users on the Platform. Third-party technology providers do not hold, control, or maintain custody of user funds.
Prize winners are determined based on the applicable rules and scoring criteria for each Skill Contest.

Jackpot reserves the right to void contest results, adjust outcomes, withhold winnings, cancel Skill Contests, or take any other action necessary to preserve contest integrity, correct errors, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.

Except as expressly stated herein, all Skill Contest entries are final.
Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, compatible device, and functional software environment while participating in Skill Contests. User-side connectivity issues, device failures, interruptions, latency, crashes, or failure to complete gameplay may result in a forfeited entry or loss, except where Jackpot determines, in its sole discretion, that a system-wide technical malfunction materially affected contest integrity.

Users may not submit, display, or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable, including usernames, profile information, chat content, or other user-generated content.
Jackpot reserves the right to remove, restrict, or moderate any user-generated content and to suspend accounts associated with prohibited conduct.
Jackpot reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may, in its sole discretion:
Jackpot uses geolocation, device identification, gameplay monitoring, fraud prevention technologies, and other security measures to verify compliance with these Terms.
Attempting to circumvent or bypass location restrictions, verification systems, anti-fraud controls, or security measures is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, account termination, forfeiture of winnings, voided entries, and any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
Certain Skill Contest functionality, including matchmaking, gameplay, scoring, contest administration, analytics, fraud detection, or integrity monitoring, may be provided by third-party service providers.
Jackpot is not responsible for failures, interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party systems except as required by applicable law.
Jackpot does not guarantee that Skill Contests or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Jackpot is committed to responsible play and may implement limits, restrictions, cool-off periods, self-exclusion tools, gameplay limits, or other responsible gaming measures in connection with Skill Contests.
Jackpot reserves the right to suspend or restrict participation where we determine such action is appropriate for responsible gaming, compliance, fraud prevention, consumer protection, or operational integrity purposes.
Jackpot may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Skill Contests at any time and for any reason, including for:
By participating in Skill Contests, you acknowledge and agree that Jackpot may collect, use, share, and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Gameplay, transactional, device, behavioral, geolocation, verification, fraud prevention, and technical data may be shared with service providers solely for purposes of operating, administering, securing, monitoring, auditing, and improving Skill Contests.
Jackpot and its service providers may retain gameplay records, logs, match data, device data, communications, and related technical records for fraud prevention, security, compliance, dispute resolution, audit, responsible gaming, and regulatory purposes.
As between you and Jackpot, Jackpot retains all rights in and to data relating to Platform activity, subject to applicable law.
All software, technology, game mechanics, content, graphics, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and other materials relating to the Service and Skill Contests are owned by Jackpot and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your participation in Skill Contests grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You acquire no ownership rights in any aspect of the Service or Skill Contests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackpot shall not be liable for:
Jackpot does not guarantee that Skill Contests or related services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law or the Terms and Conditions.
All disputes relating to Skill Contests shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in Jackpot’s Terms and Conditions, including any arbitration provisions, jury trial waivers, and class action waivers contained therein.
Jackpot may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in Skill Contests following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
