It only happens a couple of times a year, but when it does it creates so much buzz you wouldn’t want to miss out!
The EuroMillions Superdraw is a special lottery event in which the jackpot is preset to a guaranteed massive 9-figure jackpot.
Superdraws work exactly the same as the regular EuroMillions draw, with the same rules, the only difference being that the Superdraws offer the guaranteed massive jackpot.
If there are no winners to take home the top prize of the Superdraw on the night of the first draw, the jackpot rolls over to the following draw. The jackpot continues to roll over until the top prize is won or until it reaches the jackpot cap of €200 million. Once it reaches this amount, the jackpot can remain like that for four consecutive draws, after which, if not won, the prize money rolls down to be divided between the winners of the next highest prize tier.
The next Superdraw will take place on Friday, July 3rd and will be boasting the whopping initial jackpot of €130,000,000.
The EuroMillions lottery was created in 2004, but this mega draw famously known as the Superdraw was introduced in 2009, with 9 participating countries eligible to take part.
Thanks to online-lottery betting sites like Jackpot.com, the Superdraw jackpot can be won no matter where you are in the world!
