When and where do Eurojackpot draws take place?

The draws for the Eurojackpot lottery take place every Friday in Helsinki, Finland, at 20:00 CET (19:00 GMT/BST / 21:00 EET).

Can I participate in Eurojackpot if I am not a resident of any of the participating countries?

Of course, you can! gives you the opportunity to bet on the outcome of the Eurojackpot lottery, rather than purchase a ticket. But don’t worry, the prize amounts are still the same. So, if your numbers match the official Eurojackpot draw results, you will still win the same prize as if you purchased a ticket.

What is the history of Eurojackpot?

The Eurojackpot lottery started back in 2012, on March 17, when tickets first started being sold. The first Eurojackpot draw which ever took place was just 6 days later, on March 23, 2012. The first participating countries were Germany, Finland, Denmark, Slovenia, Italy, the Netherlands, and Estonia. Spain joined the party in 2012, and Iceland, Latvia, Croatia, Norway, Sweden, and Lithuania joined in 2013. Hungary and the Czech Republic were added to the list in 2014, Slovakia in 2015, and Poland in 2017.

How do I play Eurojackpot?

To place your bets on the Eurojackpot lottery, you just need to go on our Eurojackpot page, select five numbers between 1 and 50, and two bonus numbers between 1 and 10, and finalize your transaction. Easy, right? You can also subscribe to Eurojackpot in order to participate in every single draw. This can be done by selecting the subscription option before finalizing your transaction, and your numbers will be automatically submitted for you in every draw!

What are the odds of winning Eurojackpot?

The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 95,344,200 and the overall odds of winning a prize in Eurojackpot are approximately 1 in 26. Chances of winning are different for each prize tier - have a look at the prize table below.

How to win a Eurojackpot prize?

There are 12 different prize tiers in Eurojackpot, depending on how many numbers you are able to match. To win the jackpot, you will need to match all 5 numbers and the 2 bonus numbers. But you can win a prize if you only match three main numbers or two main numbers and one bonus ball. The value of each prize, including the jackpot, depends on the number of tickets sold and the number of winners per prize tier. If there is more than one winner for a given prize tier, the prize will be shared among the winners. Check out the below prize table for more information:

Where can I find my Eurojackpot numbers?

You can view your selected numbers in the Activity section of your account. To check if they are the winning numbers, you may visit our Eurojackpot results page, which is updated after every draw. However, we will still send you an email to let you know that you’ve won, and we will make sure that the prize money is transferred to your account in a short amount of time.

Are there minimum and maximum jackpot amounts?

The minimum jackpot amount is €10 million, which already sounds wonderful. If the jackpot is not won, it continues to roll over until it reaches the capping of €90 million.

Has anyone ever won the Eurojackpot jackpot?

Yes! In fact, in 2019 the €90 million jackpot was won a total of 3 times, and one lucky ticket holder also won this fantastic jackpot on February 7, 2020.
